Pay securely
You’ll be taken to a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Your card details never reach us. If you’ve been gifted a call you skip this step.
Allow microphone access
Your browser will ask permission to use your microphone. This is needed so you can speak. If you don’t see this prompt check your browser mic permissions.
Talk to a real human
We connect you to a real Listener. You can talk about whatever’s on your mind for up to five minutes. We don’t record the call.
You only pay if it connects
The amount is held on your card when you pay, but it’s only charged if the call reaches a real person and lasts long enough to be a real conversation. Otherwise the hold is released and you pay nothing. If the call drops, you can rejoin from the call page. A gift call stays redeemable until a proper call is completed.
